2 # Bison Roast ½ teas. Thyme
1 Thin Sliced Onion ½ teas. Fennel Seed
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped 1 teas. Salt
1 teas. Basil 1 Hot Yellow Pepper, diced
1 teas. Oregano 2 Cups Beef Broth
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for about 4 hours or until very tender. Using two forks, shred the meat. Serve on hard rolls.
